On occasion NHBSR will share stories dedicated to members who have connected via an NHBSR event or affiliation. If you have a story to share email kate@nhbsr.org

You may remember in October that we shared a story with you about two members, Sequoya Technologies and PeopleSense Consulting. Here's a follow-up....

"We are so glad that we won the bid on last year's auction item from PeopleSense Consulting. Through our work with Robin Eichert, we have enhanced our office environment and essentially doubled the efficiency of our technical staff." Tom Strickland, President, Sequoya Technologies

At last year's NHBSR silent auction, Sequoya Technologies took a chance on an HR consultation from PeopleSense Consulting. While aware of Robin Eichert's work in the areas of smart hiring and work team optimizations, we assumed that small companies could not afford her services. The auction gave Sequoya the opportunity to have a work-styles evaluation of every member of our staff. The results were fascinating, and Robin was a terrific resource in helping us apply the evaluations to delegate assignments and create environments that were productive and more enjoyable. The impressive results from the package led to a comprehensive agreement with Robin, and through her assistance we achieved our goal of doubling the billable hours per technician. We've begun a second major project with Robin, which will focus on team-building. Sequoya has gleaned invaluable insight from PeopleSense's evaluations, and we can't recommend her services enough!

You can learn more about these two NHBSR member companies at www.peoplesenseconsulting.com and  www.sequoyatech.com

Plus, join us at this year's Conference to what Silent Auction items we have available - and then you may have a story to share!
