At the annual May conference, Sequoya Technologies purchased a service at the Silent Auction that they didn't just want, but knew they needed. Tom and Debra Stickland, owners of the Peterborough-based IT services company made sure they placed the winning bid for the Team Analysis item donated by PeopleSense Consulting. "We'd been working with Robin for years, keeping her computer systems humming.  I'm not sure why it took us so long to realize we should hire Robin to help us with our business."

Robin Eichert, principal of PeopleSense, was delighted to hear she'd be working with the Sequoya staff, having been a client of theirs for five years. "I just don't worry about computer stuff, now that I have Sequoya Technologies Group on my team. They take care of everything, including those horrible emergencies. They understand my business, and really get what it means for my success and the success of my clients, that all my systems function as they need to. Sequoya provides a level of customer satisfaction that just wows you. It really is, just turn on your computer and leave the rest to them."

PeopleSense Consulting makes sense of your people-- how they work, why they handle some tasks better than others, react as they do to certain situations. "Robin's analysis of each of us was eerily right on. The detail of our work patterns, personalities, communication styles-- it was as if she'd been watching us on hidden camera for weeks," Tom Strickland said.PeopleSense & Sequoya

The analysis was a 20-minute online assessment of several criteria, which Robin then presented at a Sequoya staff meeting.  Her evaluation prompted the company to streamline processes and more effectively assign tasks among staff members. Because of the importance of aligning personal strengths with job responsibilities, PeopleSense will also be assisting Sequoya with future hiring decisions. "PeopleSense is right for any organization wanting to increase productivity. Robin's evaluation and presentation was fun for our staff, and her suggestions have already made a positive difference in our workflow," Debra Stickland said.
