Crab Meltaways Makes 48 pieces
1 pack Thomas' English Muffins 1lb Jumbo lump crab meat 1 cup mayonnaise 1 stick of butter 1 jar Kraft Old English Cheddar (okay, okay, there not the healthiest, but they are delicious!)
Split muffins and cut into quarters. Arrange on a cookie sheet. Soften butter. In large bowl add crab meat, softened butter, Old English cheddar and mayonnaise. Stir until mixed well. Scoop a spoonful of mixture onto each piece of muffin. Put cookie sheet in freezer for 20-25 minutes until pieces are set. Take meltaways off cookie sheet and store in freezer bag until you are ready to cook them. (Meltaways last in the freezer for up to a month.)
Place frozen Meltaways on cookie sheet and place them under the broiler until golden brown (about 5-10 minutes). Serve hot!
