Michaels visits the lighter side...choose from two or three courses (or more of course) of these incredible small plates. Just enough to satisfy without weighing you down. The tasting menu is available Sunday-Thursday until 7:30pm! Here is a sample of the menu...

Foie Gras Crostini - seared Hudson Valley foie gras with baby arugula, Roquefort cheese and  Saba dressing
Stuffed Artichoke - Fresh artichoke stuffed with boursin cheese & jumbo lump crab topped with herbed bread crumbs and drizzled with a Key lime aioli
Chilled Lobster Salad- Maine lobster mixed with avocado, mango and cucumbers

Frank & Sandy Balbuena
of Frank's Plumbing
Frank opened the business in Sept. 1989 after working for many of the well established plumbing companies in this town. They have been blessed with great customers and a steady business.
Frank has been in Key West since he was a small child. Sandy came here in 1990 from the Dallas/Fort Worth area but had been raised in the Finger Lakes area of upstate New York.
Frank and Sandy have four children between them and 5 grandchildren, two in Key West, two in New York and one in college in Dallas.
Frank and Sandy have been involved with the Southernmost Bocce League since 1994.They are both very active with their two grandchildren that live here.
As many of you know Frank and Sandy are very generous with their time, treasure and talent. They enjoy participating in the many fund raising events that this very giving town presents. we are proud to have them as rewards member and friends!

Crab Penne
Makes 2 servings

12oz cooked penne pasta
6 spears asparagus chopped into ¼" pieces
4 sub-dried tomatoes julienne
Pinch saffron (about 8 strings)
6oz jumbo lump crab meat
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4oz heavy cream
1oz vodka

In sauté pan add butter garlic and saffron.
Next add asparagus tips, sun dried tomatoes
Pour vodka into sauté pan and reduce to burn off alcohol
Add cooked penne
Add heavy cream and reduce by 1/3
Add parmesan cheese
Gently fold crab into pasta

Enjoy!!!
