Wrapping up 2008. What a year it has been! We have all seen tremendous change this year and many have had some rough, rough times. I feel very fortunate, indeed. I'm excited about 2009 and the rebuilding that's set to begin. It won't be all smooth sailing but I do believe that dysfunctional systems must break down before they can be rebuilt.
Believe it or not, we are starting a brand new cycle, collectively and individually. Thanks to powerhouse Pluto's shift into Capricorn, new ventures started now can grow into huge success but will require patience, hard work and diligence. Think Walt Disney and his first sketches of a cartoon mouse. An incredible empire was born, one that Disney himself probably never foresaw. So whatever your find yourself dreaming and scheming about plant those seeds and dream big.
I've done my traditional yearly predictions below. As some of you may remember, last year I predicted that our economy was going to shake and rattle but not collapse completely due to some rescue efforts by the government. It all seems like a gross understatement now. I also predicted Hillary Clinton for president... she did make it to the White House but not in the way I expected. I predicted the decision to pull out of Iraq and tsunami and tornados hitting urban areas. So let's see what I came up with for next year.
Many are struggling financially right now, so I've written an article on gift ideas that are big on heart and easy on the budget. I've also included updates on what I am up to in the next couple of months... classes, workshops, media, MP foundation, etc.
There's a very special coupon at the bottom of this newsletter... let' see who actually reads all the way through :)
Merry Christmas

Gifts of the Heart Everyone seems to have finances in mind as we enter this holiday season. That's why I'm pulling out my favorite gift giving ideas that truly are... priceless.
First, Stop, Question and Center Before you get caught up in the madness, stop and question what it is you are trying to create. What do you really want for your family this holiday? For yourself? Do you want to be strung out, stressed and prickly or fun to be with? What are your real heartfelt priorities? Once you have a clear intention you are on your way to creating a great holiday season. For those who celebrate Christmas, remember that it's not just one day, it's a season. Enjoy all of it rather than stress, suffer and sacrifice your way to Christmas morning or you are missing out on all the fun. Now before you rush off to buy something, cook something or attend a party, check to see if it fits into your true heart plan. What do your emotions tell you? Are you excited and enthusiastic or feeling dread? Listen to your inner self and respond accordingly. 1. Gift of Sentiment I've seen different versions of this but all have the same effect. This gift will melt any Grinch heart. Collect quotes from the recipient's friends and loved ones saying what the person means to them. Then frame them, make a calendar or stationary, have them bound into a little book or made into bookmarks. Put on a coffee cup. Get creative because it will be a keeper!
2. Gift of Intimacy Does the recipient have a special dream or secret desire they have shared with you? Can you give them something to let them know that you support them and that you've been paying attention? It could be a book on the subject or an actual token. I still love the whistle I received from my husband my first year of coaching basketball. It really is the thought that counts. 3. Gift of Humor
Do you and the person share a private joke? Chickens and cows are often points of humor in my house.
4. Gift Swap Thanks Marcella. My smart friend told me about one Christmas where everyone was broke and had little money for gifts. They decided to give one another something they knew the other person treasured... like mom's robe or favorite sweater. Think best selling hardback books. I've even heard of large gift swaps where people bring something they are willing to part with or don't use anymore (think sporting goods, electronics, video games) in exchange for something they want to give as a gift. Contact me if you are interested in this idea info@pamcoronado.com I think it can be done online.
5. Gift of Charity
Don't forget those who are having it rough this season. If you know someone who is, why not prepare a special care package and leave it on their doorstep to save them the embarrassment and yet give them the special boost they need.
6. Gift of Time
Your time and attention can be the best gift of all.
7. I have a special gift for all of my readers, see below. |
Pam's 2009 Predictions
Politics. I'd like to say it's smooth sailing from here on out but I don't perceive it that way, unfortunately. I pick up on "civil unrest" and possibly an explosion in Atlanta, I believe at the MLK Center. Let's hope I'm wrong.
I feel that Bin Laden will finally get caught.
Problems for China. Possibly terrorism???
Someone who was kidnapped years ago will be freed.. a young woman.
Country will continue to work toward being "greener" and "cleaner"
Cure for deadly disease through genetic work (possibly a cancer) Big breakthrough!
Weather seems calmer this year with much less devastation.
Economy. First quarter looks depressed and volatile. Second quarter-Sluggish but gets a boost of some sort. Third quarter- Jobs, people going back to work and slight upturn in real estate. Fourth quarter- We will end next year better than we are ending this one. I still feel there are some wild economic surprises ahead.

Classes, News and Such
Many of you have asked about upcoming classes. In January I will teach the Psychic Detective class and a new class I am really excited about called "The Passion Test" It's based on the book by the same title. This class is designed to help you get in touch with your own unique purpose and into alignment with your most fulfilling path. Watch for your sign up info toward the end of this month!
Missing Person's Foundation. If anyone has a great name suggestion that we decide to use, I'll give you a half hour reading, free. info@pamcoronaod.com The emphasis for us is that we will be holding actual ground searches and investigating cases that are stagnant for both the families and law enforcement who need assistance. Looking to pull things together early next year.
Workshop. To your left you will learn everything you wish to know about the upcoming workshop in January with Marty Rosenblatt. We had such a great time in October, I can hardly wait to do it all again.
Media. I wish I had more news to report about the upcoming show but I still can't comment due to contractual issues. I'm sure things will start rolling again once the holidays are over. Thanks for your continued support!
