I'm recently back from Umbria and our walking & cooking tour.
Here is a recipe for panna cotta from Umbria- I'll be posting other recipes from our cooking class.
As you can see from the top photo, the wildflowers were superb in Umbria. Since I am lucky enough to follow the wildlflower season in Italy, I experience springtime for at least six months a year!
