Join us at "The Farm" at Tennyson High School in Hayward for the HEALTHstival as ACOE's Project EAT supports Supt. Tom Torlakson's launch of Team California for Healthy Kids.

 

We're scouting for talent. Our Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Prevention team welcomes youth creativity in their first annual Public Service Announcement contest "Teens Kick Ash!" Please help us spread the word!

 

I encourage you to cultivate your garden by continuing your professional development. We invite you to sign up for one of our Distinguished Speaker lecture Series or workshops, and to consider our Integrated Learning Specialist Program as part of your continued growth.

Teacher Action Research Summer Institute: August 7-9 Save the Date
 

SHoM wheel drawingACOE's Alliance for Arts Learning Leadership hosts its annual regional Teacher Action Research Summer Institute, August 7 - 9, 2012 at the Chabot Space and Science Center.

 

This Summer Institute will highlight presentations by K-12 teachers across content areas who are using 

  • teacher action research methods
  • arts-integration
  • performance based assessments
