Beart 411

ABOUT BEART 411

Beart 411 originates from one of the finest breeding lines in the Netherlands--by top progenitor Jasper, out of damline with seven preferent breeding mares in line. Four of them are also model. Beart is an elegant and modern type Friesian stallion.

He is Champion 2006 and Reserve Champion 2008 at the Stallion Show in Leeuwarden.

Beart's sire, Jasper ,a former champion of the stallion competition, is a remarkable as well as a riding horse and in harness, but is the top progenitor of the Friesian stallions Phryso and Januari 04. Setske F (ster, pref), Beart's dam (16.1-3/4-hands), produced a total of eight offspring, who all achieved the "ster" predicate and preferent.

Every year Beart delivers a high percentage first premium foals, in 2006 he also fathered many breeding day champions. In 2007 his first son was admitted for C.O. In 2005 Beart sired Nienke van de Gonda (Beart x Anne)--first year Breeding Day champion, Ambt-Delden. In 2006 Beart sired Kootwijk, the champion filly foal and the champion stallion foal, and also the champion stallion foal in Ambt-Delden, Moed van Boreel (Beart x Pike) youth champion, and also the reserve-breeding day champion in Vries and a leading place in de category mares of two years old on the CK--Nitha fan e Tuorebout (Beart x Teunis) breeding daychampion Wormerveer.

Arizona Friesian Clinic

Faustus
Faustus & Michele Bronson
The clinic with Arnold Warmels was very educational and the participants felt they lived through a true experience. It was totally hands on experience, mingling with horses, humans and the classroom was in the barn which made it so intimate and very personable.

There were a lot of questions and answer sessions.  The uniqeness of each living horse made it a real life form experience. Arnold is one of the best clinicians I have ever met yet, and his very loving, jovial and his authentic nature filled with knowledge made the attendees fullfilled at the end of the day.

Each attendee commented about how much they have learned and how they are going to implement all of this knowledge in the field, and most of all everyone is ready for an encore.

I am a living testimony of this experience. I recommend very highly a
AZClinic
Clinician Arnold Warmels
private lesson on your personal horse after the clinic if you can. You realise then instantly, still so fresh, how this educational material is a true transformation and living proof of reality, not only for the horse, but it brings the fabulous understanding of the depth a human can share with his companion, the horse.

The smile Arnold has on his face never fades and human as horses truly appreciate the lighness, the simplicity and the truthfulness of real education.

I recommend anyone to take a clinic with Arnold.  He is a world reknown clinician and trainer, and his wealth of knowledge is limitless. If your desire is to feel as one with your horse, contact Arnold and do not miss any of his clinics!

It is a life changing experience you would not want to miss. We can not wait to have a follow up of this first clinic. with us in AZ.Thank you Arnold.  - Michelle Bronson, owner of Faustus.

The Six C's

Fryslan Valley Young Horse

Training Program

The Fryslan Valley Young Horse Training (YHT) program is designed to develop young ("green") horses in order to determine future (sport) goals most suitable for the horse and owner. Our training program follows a strict protocol and is constantly adjusted to the mental and physical abilities of the horse. The primary objective is to have a horse accept training, coaching and contact.

The first three to six months are crucial for a horse to learn the fundamentals of a functional life, no matter what future discipline is the primary goal.

The YHT Program consists of six basic stages:

· Compliance
Acceptance of handling, environment, grooming, equipment, and trainability

· Consistency
Daily routines that gradually and consistently develop the horses' skills by advancing the previous exercises within the capacity of the horses mind & body.

· Contact
Freely and willingly accept and seek contact with the handler, rider and/or driver.

· Consideration
Taking training stages in stride with the horse, always improving but with regards to the individual horse.

· Capability
Determining where the horse can excel with regards to confirmation, disposition, heritage and trainability.

· Continuation
After the initial training stage, the owner will receive a Training Report which serves as a tool to determine new training programs. The owner can use this in discussion with specialization trainers in a variety of disciplines.

What happens in three months?
(There is no time-frame per stage because that will depend on the individual horse)

Stage 1: Training environment
The horse will be accustomed to a scheduled environment where on a daily basis the horse will progress into a full training program. This involves regulated meals, turn-out, grooming, cross tie, arena, handling, leading, longing, intro to surcingle, harness and saddles etc.

Stage 2: Intro to physical development
Structured use of equipment (longe, saddle, harness) where the horse learns to work calmly and compliant and is taught the basics of being guided. Intro to rider/driver.

Stage 3: Functionality:
Exercise the horse physically by longing, riding, driving or a combination thereof to start the physical development of the horse for a specific discipline. Rhythm and regularity are developed to obtain acceptance of contact.
