High Fructose Corn Syrup No Worse For You Than Sugar?  You Decide.
The NUMBER ONE source of calories in the United States is high fructose corn syrup.  You read that right; we consume more calories from HFCS than from any other food source, in large part due to soft drinks.  But, HFCS is hidden in many other foods and beverages.  And, now the Corn Refiners Association wants you to believe that HFCS is perfectly safe - as safe as regular table sugar.  HFCS is not only processed, but much of it is made from genetically modified corn.  Read the truth about HFCS here.
