On a personal note, I am eagerly waiting the arrival of my first grandchild due around December 23rd-and "ITS A GIRL"!
Let's hope for an improvement in the economy in 2012. If you are in the Punta Gorda- Port Charlotte area don't forget that the Boat Parade will be floating along the rim canal in Punta Gorda Isles this Saturday, December 17. Due to the warm weather we have had lately, it will really put you in a festive spirit with lots of lights reflecting in the canals. While you are there you might also go take a look at all the spectacular Chritmas lights in the canal basin behind Lacosta Island and Crooked Island in Punta Gorda Isles. There is a vacant lot on Crooked Island that is a great place to view the lights! If you need more information, please contact me!
