Several years ago one of our customers was breached. The forensic audit mentioned several PCI vulnerabilities including the use of pcAnywhere. The customer looked to us for contribution for the fines, penalties, and costs. We work hard to assure compliance with all PCI requirements and agreed to compensate our customer a portion of the costs. I have now learned that the source code for pcAnywhere was stolen on 2006 and the breach may not have been prevented regardless of what we did. Do we have any recourse? - Remote Access
