Why I Belong to ISPI
The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) is a global organization committed to advancing performance improvement in the workplace. For 50 years, ISPI has been helping Performance Improvement professionals with the tools, research, technology, innovations, and connections they need to succeed in their career.
I have recently shared our Personal Leadership Pilgrimage workshop at the ISPI International Conference I in Toronto and will do the same at the European Conference in September.
Based on the quality of the workshops I saw at the conference and the other on-line tools I receive monthly, I consider our annual membership dues of $195 a worthy investment in my professional development and career growth.
