Greetings!

Thank you for attending the Personal Leadership "Pilgrimage" Workshop at the SPBT Conference in New Orleans!  It was a pleasure meeting and working with you. 
 
Pilgrims believed that through their sacrifice in journeying to distant lands, they would gain new insights and knowledge that would improve their lives.  I am hopeful that our short time together was the beginning of a life-long personal "pilgrimage"  that helps you to: 
  • Anchor yourself to Core Values
  • Create a Personal / Professional Guiding Compass
  • Focus on What is Important
  • Plan an Effective Course in achieving your aspirations
  • Adapt and Persevere to overcome obstacles
  • Become Servant Leader 
  • Communicate to motivate and inspire
  • Celebrate small and large victories

During a full day version of this workshop, participants develop a personalized "credential" that serves as a reminder of these important lessons.  While our time together was short, I would like to give you the opportunity to create a symbol of your personal leadership journey, create your legacy statement and identify the most important goal you need to achieve in order to to establish and achieve your legacy in the coming months.  

 

Click here to download a blank form.  Fill it out, scan it and return it to:  info@magnifyleadership.com  If possible, send a photo as well.  I will finalize a "credential" for you and return it to you via email.  Once you receive it, place it  somewhere where you can see and read it daily.  Remember (paraphrasing Gandhi): 

 

If you have the belief that you can do it, you shall surely acquire the capacity to do it, even if' you may not have it today!  

 

Only by developing the discipline to focus on your aspirations (compass) while staying securely anchored to your values will you overcome the obstacles that are, or  may, get in the way of achieving your full potential!
