First, I want to say the this month's BellaVita was amazing! Two women with stage-four cancer walked four miles a day, achieved a pain-free condition, and felt near normal in just ten days! Young's presentations that he gave at this year's Health and Healing Crusade!
Many people improve or heal at BellaVita Lifestyle Center because we follow God's Health Plan in the Bible! Two people from Singapore flew 24 hours to join us for the July session. James and his wife Carol were so impressed with the Natural Hygiene program at BellaVita that he is returning for our first 14-day R I S E N Medical Missionary School in October. He is the first to sign up for the October program where we will be teaching classes in herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, the 8 Laws of Health, natural hygiene, cleansing and detoxifying, square foot gardening, raw food, and how to start your own lifestyle education home! Remember, only those who complete the Fundamentals of Natural Hygiene program qualify for the October session at BellaVita.
The 11 guests at BellaVita did so well! One woman with arthritis in her knee was totally surprised that she could walk four miles with NO PAIN by day two! The guests saw wonderful reductions in blood pressures across the board with a drop of 30 points in one woman, Several other women lost 9 to 10 lbs. in only 10 days! All the guests loved the daily Bible Studies on health and the Gospel. Not only did we study God's Natural Laws of Health from the Bible, but we also put them into practice everyday.
Every morning, we did deep breathing exercises and stretched under the eucalyptus trees before taking our walks down the quiet countryside road adorned with beautiful vineyards. "Life in the open air is good for body and mind. It is God's medicine for the restoration of health. Pure air, good water, sunshine, beautiful surroundings--these are His means for restoring the sick to health in natural ways. The fact that in the country all these advantages can be obtained is a powerful incentive to the establishment of a sanitarium in the country. There the institution can be surrounded by flowers and trees, orchards and vineyards. The effect of such surroundings is as it were an elixir of life" Medical Ministry, p. 233. These words and many others from the inspired me to open Bella Vita Lifestyle Center.
Let us now do a short study on fresh air.
"And God called the firmament Heaven." Gen.1:8
The most essential element to sustain life is oxygen:
- Without food you will die in a few weeks.
- Without water you will die in a few days.
- Without air you will die in a few minutes.
- Blood and cells are dependent upon oxygen.
Fresh air invigorates the vital organs and aids the system in ridding itself of accumulated impurities. Fresh air also brings life to the skin and has a decided influence on the mind. Fresh air contains negative ions which help the immune system fight disease. The lack of fresh air causes specific problems such as fevers, colds and lung diseases.
"The stomach, liver, lungs and brain are suffering for want of deep, full inspirations of air which would electrify the blood and impart to it a bright, lively color, and which alone can keep it pure, and give tone and vigor to every part of the living machinery." Testimonies, Vol. 2, pp. 67-68.
In the morning, step outside and breathe deeply, then expel all the air in your lungs. Repeat this about 3 or 4 times. Allow fresh air to ventilate your home day and night. Exercise in the open air will promote good circulation. Air is the free blessing of Heaven.

All who choose to breathe this life-giving atmosphere will live and grow up to the stature of men and women in Christ Jesus." Ellen G. White, Steps to Christ, p. 68.

We are also very excited about the launching of our new medical missionary school R I S E N and the incredible response! Charmaine is being flooded with  emails and a number of people have already signed up for the Fundamentals of Natural Hygiene course. Our goal is to certify Bible workers and laymen as Natural Hygiene Coaches, and send them out to teach God's health message of complete restoration. We want to teach students how to open and operate their own Home Lifestyle Centers, and use these beacons of light to reach the world. For more info about R I S E N see block below.
The next few weeks in The Elijah Prophecy I will be writing about God's Natural Laws of Health which can be found in the Book of Genesis. Yes, God established laws of health at Creation to keep His creatures in perfect health.

"Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness [temperance], rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power--these are the true remedies. Every person should have a knowledge of nature's remedial agencies and how to apply them. It is essential both to understand the principles involved in the treatment of the sick and to have a practical training that will enable one rightly to use this knowledge." Ministry of Healing, p. 127, Ellen G. White.
Remember, you are the Lord's property, His by creation and His by redemption (Temperance, p. 213). So take good care of yourself. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (see 1 Cor 6:19, 20).

MEDICAL MISSIONARY SCHOOL
This program is offered in a 2-part training series, which includes a distance-learning course entitled "Fundamentals of Natural Hygiene", and an intensive residential program equipping the graduate as a Certified Natural Hygiene Coach. "The hygienic system teaches that disease is a remedial effort, a struggle against the vital powers to purify the system and recover the normal state. HEALTH TIP OF THE WEEK
Health is a precious commodity! I read in the SOP that "Heaven is all health!" Here is a picture of me at 59 with  my sister, Christine, and brother, Bill. I feel wonderful! Great health, a very clear mind, and an abiding relationship with the Lord! To have physical, mental, and spiritual superiority like the Prophet Daniel in this day and age, just before the coming of the Lord, is the smartest thing you can do. And to think God will strengthen you and sanctify you by the Holy Spirit!!
