Greetings!

     Before I begin, I want you to know that I will be speaking at Angwin Village Church in Angwin, CA tomorrow. Hope to see some of you there.
   Now to my article. I continue to receive many emails of appreciation for the "Health Tip of the Day" that I share each morning on facebook, 12 of which were featured in last week's Elijah Prophecy, that I thought I would share 12 more!
    I now have over 2,600 friends, many of whom are requesting friendship because of the health nuggets. In fact, the first post below received over 45 comments.

HEALTH TIP #1: "Your stomach is not a cemetery for dead animals. When eating animal food you are eating the carcass of a dead creature. GROSS! You're eating dead legs and wings, dead breasts and backs, dead ribs off dead bones. Ground beef can include ground dog & other road kill. Not kidding, I have testimony & DVD to prove it."

Health Tip #2: "Medical Doctors say 3 to 5 bowel movements a WEEK is normal & constipation is less than 3 a week. Natural Doctors say 3 a day is normal. Two traveled the world to study people who get no colon cancer & 3 to 4 bowel movements a day is normal. I have counseled women with 1 a wk. & even 1 a month! Try more fiber, water, exercise, & take a TBSP of PSYLLIUM HUSKS, not powder, morning & evening in 12 oz. water."

Health Tip #3 - "Milk Does A Body Good". FDA allows 750 million pus cells per liter of milk; GLUE (80% of all in protein milk and cheese is casein - the glue used to hold a label to a bottle of beer; & IGF-1 (most powerful growth hormone) has been called the "key factor" in the growth and proliferation of prostate cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer. The broadfish tapeworm can live in you for 10 yrs, grow to 35 ft., & lay 1 Million eggs a day, hookworms - 250,000. CDC says larvae hatch in 3 days. Our defense is to eat a high-fiber diet to sweep the colon several times a day. One bowel movement a day is constipation. Fruits, veggies, beans, whole grains are best."

Health Tip #5 - "Michael Buffington Jr. sent his father to BellaVita months ago with leukemia. He just called and informed me that the doctors cannot find leukemia in his blood and his cell counts are normal. Praise God for His healing power. When the doctors tried to push chemo on him a couple months ago he informed the doctors of his choice to continue juicing, cleansing, and eating a vegan diet."

Health Tip #8 - "I have 5 beautiful children. Each one knows what to do if he/she gets sick. To treat oneself at the first sign of symptoms is most important. Yesterday, Mia, 14, had a sore throat. I saw her drinking a liver flush w/ lemon, garlic, ginger, cayenne, olive oil, & orange juice, gargling with grapefruit seed extract, & taking herbs echinacea, garlic, pau d' arco, cat's claw, & 5,000 mg Vit C powder."
