Greetings!

For a few months, I have been posting a "Health Tip of the Day" on facebook. I now have over 2,500 friends and many are requesting friendship because of the health nuggets I share each morning. In fact, one morning I had 30 "friend requests" because they heard about the "health tip of the day." Facebook is also a great media tool where you can announce events like the June 11-13 Health & Healing Crusade in Lodi for thousands to see. Right now, over 300 friends have said they may be coming to the June event and over 125 have already confirmed on FB alone.
I thought it would be a good idea to share some of these tips with you since you are probably not seeing them on facebook.

Health Tip #1 - "Dr. L.S. Berk, Associate Director of the Department of Neuroimmunology at Loma Linda University concluded that 6 minutes of a negative emotion can suppress the immune system for a minimum of 21 hours. Imagine what is happening to our bodies when we spend hours, days, and even years with stress, unforgiveness, anger, bitterness, hatred and unhappiness. Forgiveness is the key to freedom. Pray and ask God for it!"

Health Tip #2 - "W. John Diamond, M.D., coauthor of Definitive Guide to Cancer, reported: 'Repressed emotions, if not vented or expressed, will seek physical expression, such as functional bowel disease, fibromyalgia, or even cancer.' Your negative emotions will find expression even as a tumor in the breast. The body is your barometer of what is going on mentally and spiritually."

Health Tip #3 - "One of the best pain killers is Castor Oil. Used on the late Dan Collins who had lung cancer. Applied & in seconds pain gone. Use cooky sheet, apply liberally to cloth size of area to cover, warm in oven & apply. Cover w/plastic wrap for it can stain. Leave on 2 hrs or more. Save in ziplock bag & reuse 2 times, then make a fresh one. Learned it from Charlotte Gerson in Mexico for liver cancer patients."

Health Tip #4 - "With prolonged stress cortisol rises to nearly 240% of normal and DHEA drops to near zero. The elevated cortisol with its prednisone-like effects and no DHEA to counteract it, wreaks havoc on a variety of the body organ systems. Diagnostics, 1991. If you will trust in Jesus, He will keep you in perfect peace. Is. 26:3."

Health Tip #5 - "Year ago, at one our vegan cooking schools, a Pentecostal minister looked me square in the face and asked: "Why are you a vegetarian?" Smiling back at him I answered: 'I know what you are thinking. You think I am trying to eat my way into heaven, right?' I smiled and said: "Brother, I am just getting used to the diet I am going to eat when I get there!"

Health Tip #6 - "'If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.' 2 Cor.5:17. Did you know that your entire body rebuilds itself in less than two years! 98% in less than one year. A new brain in 1 year, blood in 4 months, skeleton in 3 months, DNA in 2 months, liver in 6 weeks, skin in 1 month, and stomach lining in 5 days. SO WHY ARE YOU STILL CREATING THE SAME OLD BODY?"

Health Tip #7 - "Parasites can cause rheumatoid arthritis, eat the lining of the bones, cause degenerative diseases, muscle and joint problems. 30% are in the digestive system and 70% throughout the body, the bloodstream, muscles, and liver, pancreas, sinus cavities, and brain. Parasites can cause manic depression, anxiety and other brain disorders. When is the last time you de-wormed yourself?"

Health Tip # 8 - "We wouldn't have learned the meaning of the word grace had we not fallen. God loves the sinless angels who do His service and are obedient to all His commands but He does not give them grace. These heavenly beings know naught of grace; they have never needed it, for they have never sinned. Grace is an attribute of God shown to undeserving human beings. We did not seek after it, but it was sent in search of us." ML 100.

Health Tip #9 - "When I found Christ I learned that he saves in two ways: First, by covering our confessed sins with His own blood that He shed on the cross; and second, by giving us freely of the Holy Spirit to keep us from committing the same sins again. Many omit the second half and believe in once saved always saved. Jesus is able to keep you from falling. (Jude 24). Praise Him for His mercy and power today!"

Health Tip #10 - "'Milk Does A Body Good?' The FDA allows 750 million pus cells per liter of milk; GLUE (80% of all the protein milk and cheese is casein - the glue used to hold a label to a bottle of beer; & IGF-1 (most powerful growth hormone) that has been called the "key factor" in the growth and proliferation of prostate cancer, breast cancer,and lung cancer. 'Got Milk' may lead to 'Got Cancer!'"

Health Tip #11 - "When our bodies are overwhelmed by toxic substances beyond its ability to eliminate them through the channels of elimination, the body institutes emergency actions to expel the toxic burden. The crisis is called sickness or disease. Disease is a remedial effort, a struggle of the vital powers to purify the system & recover the normal state. The effort should be aided & never suppressed."

Health Tip #12 - "'Eating pork produces scrofula, leprosy, & cancer.' CD 393. Do you know what scrofula is? 'The King's Disease': a form of tuberculosis affecting the lymph nodes, especially of the neck. Jethro Kloss in Back to Eden said HYSSOP is a remedy for scrofula. Used to cleanse the Tabernacle. I have helped swollen ankles w/ hyssop, bowel cleansing & walking. 'Purge me w/ Hyssop & I shall be clean.'" Ps 51:7.
