THE GREAT COMMISSION AND THE HEALTH MESSAGE

Greetings!

     Let me share with you the greatest commission ever given: "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28:19 -20.
     What a privilege it is to work in the Lord's vineyard and share the exciting messages of health and the gospel. Doors are opening wide for the presentation of these truths like never before because the end is near. God is calling Modern Israel to proclaim the Modern Manna--heaven's health message for this day and age as He prepares His people for the Promised Land.
    As God was leading His people into the Promised Land, the earthly Canaan, He provided manna from heaven. This pure, organic plant-based diet kept them free from all diseases. It was His special health program for Israel. Over 25 years ago, God gave me a ministry and also the name for that ministry. I had read a book called Science and Modern Manna by the late Dr. Lloyd Rosenvold and called the kind doctor and asked if I could use that name for the ministry God was calling me to. The rest is history, for Modern Manna Ministries has been following the great commission to "teach all nations" the health message and the gospel since Lloyd and I spoke years ago.
   Modern Manna is dedicated to following Christ's Great Commission to prepare Modern Israel for the Promised Land by sharing the health message from heaven with the gospel of salvation through grace, for the two must blend. God has given us great light on health reform and the three angels' messages and He expects us to share the good news with the world, especially when sickness and disease is out of control and no Health Care Reform Bill is going to fix it. Modern Manna is committed to fitting a people for the coming of the Lord and for the Heavenly Canaan--the Earth Made New--where all the food will be living food. Notice in the following statement the perfect blend of health, pure water, and live food: "He showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." "Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city." Rev 22: 1, 2, 14.
     When I read about the Great Commission to teach all nations, I asked God to send me wherever He wanted to, so I could share this beautiful truth as part of the last day message. In fact, I have prayed for the gift of apostle for over 20 years since the Bible says "Covet earnestly the best gifts [of the Spirit] (see 1 Corinthians 12:28-31)". The world is suffering and more people are getting sick from all types of diseases. Cancer and heart disease are maiming millions and diabetes is skyrocketing among people in their 30s, while 1.6 BILLION people are now overweight on planet earth according to the CDC. We now have a worldwide pandemic and it is called GLOBAL OBESITY.
     We do not need any more Golden Arches or KFCs poisoning billions of people or more junk food to feed our children. What we need to do is to obey Christ's Great Commission to teach all nations what He has commanded us: "The health reform is one branch of the great work which is to fit a people for the coming of the Lord. It is as closely connected with the third angel's message as the hand is with the body. The law of Ten Commandments has been lightly regarded by man; yet the Lord will not come to punish the transgressors of that law without first sending them a message of warning. Men and women cannot violate natural law by indulging depraved appetites and lustful passions, without violating the law of God. Therefore He has permitted the light of health reform to shine upon us, that we may realize the sinfulness of breaking the laws which He has established in our very being. Counsels on Health, p. 20. Have you ever read in the Bible God's desire for your health? "Beloved I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health." 3 John 2.
   I am so excited that Jewish Voice Ministry, a ministry that reaches millions of people and specifically targets the Jews, asked me to come share the health message in Arizona last month. I just received the schedule from Jewish Voice Ministry for my first interview called Adventures in Health, and wow, 61 stations will be airing it from 5/3 to 5/9 on TBN, DAYSTAR, ANGEL ONE, TCC CHURCH CHANNEL, CTN and GOD TV in the U.S., UK, RUSSIA, CANADA, and more! In case you miss it, it will be featured on their website that week at http://www.jewishvoice.org under the television tab. Praise God Modern Manna is reaching the world and the Jews with the health message! This is huge, friends, Jewish Voice spent over $50,000 on television time to air this show and they also have three advertisements for Modern Manna's 14-part DVD series, Adventures in Health. 7 hours of High-Definition Health education programs. Wait until you see the advertisement on the show; it made me cry. The funds sent in to get the series will go toward helping the suffering people in different parts of the world like Africa. I was honored to work with these Messianic Jews and the professional way they are reaching all nations! This is an absolute miracle and God is going to finish His work with or without us: "We have a great work to do in our world. If ministers and doctors will work in God's lines, He will work with them. But they must change, decidedly change, in spirit and character. They must remember that they are not the only ones to whom the Lord will give wisdom. If His people will not follow in His way, the Lord will employ heathen princes to do His will." Notebook Leaflets, p. 62. Oh, I think of the pleadings of God: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." Hosea 4:6.
   Another miracle just happened--3ABN approved my first three shows on health that i filmed with Dwight Hall at Remnant Publishing. This Sunday I will be sharing health blended with the Bible on the show, Bible Alive. It will air on Sunday at 9:30 Central Time and play again twice that week. Check their schedule for programing. This is part one of 8 shows Dwight and I filmed together in Michigan at his studio.
     Jesus said to teach all nations, right? That is why Modern Manna is building its own TV studio. It is a very humble studio, but with the right equipment we can reach the masses. I have been updating you on the progress of Modern Manna Media and we have now completed the sheetrocking stage. Let me share two blessings that happened recently. While standing in the newly framed studio, I prayed to God for the money to order the insulation for the next phase. The phone rang minutes later and a friend from New Jersey, who I had helped with esophageal cancer years ago at BellaVita, pledged the $2,000 for the insulation. Once that was done we needed $5,200 for the sheetrocking. Mind you, we are building Modern Manna offices and MMM Studio at the same sight. One bid came in at $18,500 and the other at $5,200. The next day the phone rang and a friend said: "I was going to surprise you, but I will tell you now. I have $5,000 for you to have the sheetrocking done." Is God good or what? Now I am praying for the money to order the doors, trim, lighting and carpeting ($8,000). Please help us get the message out. In the meantime, I am organizing the Health and Healing Crusade with my son Daniel so we can "Teach All Nations" the light that has been given to us by God.    Jewish Voice Ministry will begin airing their show May 3 to May 9 on 61 stations reaching millions. Bible Alive will reach millions more on 3ABN on May 2. BellaVita is May 9 - 18 where I will instruct more medical missionaries and send them out to the world. On May 29, I will be speaking in Angwin, California and on June 11-13 is Modern Manna's Health and Healing Crusade for 2010. "Let ... medical workers remember that the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Christ was the greatest Physician that ever trod this sin-cursed earth. The Lord would have His people come to Him for their power of healing. He will baptize them with His Holy Spirit and fit them for service that will make them a blessing in restoring the spiritual and physical health of those who need healing." Ibid. p. 301.
    My trip to New Zealand was tremendous. The crowd especially appreciated the messages on the Mind/Body Connection which I will be sharing Friday night, June 11, at Lodi Grape Festival. And one more thing: pray for me since I put in a request at my church in Lodi to be the Medical/Temperance leader, (which wasn't one of the available offices), as an adult Sabbath School teacher, and to be involved in health evangelism. I think we could fill that church to capacity if we could offer the health message in its purity to the city just as we do at the rented fairgrounds. How about Fairmont instead of Fairground? No time to lose. So get involved yourselves wherever you can and give the health trumpet a certain sound.
     I am also excited because I met with two great guys who share the same vision I do--to teach all nations. Upon returning and very tired,from traveling all night and day on Monday from New Zealand, I met with Rico Hill and Jarod Thurman from BeeHive Ministries. We talked for hours, ate a great vegan meal together at Sacramento Coop, and shared the vision to teach all nations. I plan on helping them wherever I can to get this message out. I will be sharing at their evangelistic effort in Los Angeles in October 2010, and plans are in the works to reach many major cities across the U.S. with present truth on health and the 3 Angels' Messages. Pray for us as we embark on another campaign in obedience to the Lord's Great Commission to "teach all nations", including our own.
I read the following quote one night and it sent shivers down my spine: "Let the church arise and shine. Let every family practice self-denial, doing all they can to improve their own condition. Those who are truly on the Lord's side will be self-denying and self-sacrificing. They will eat and drink to the glory of God, refusing to corrupt soul and body by intemperance. Then the condition of the church will testify that her light has not been removed. But if church members do not act the part God has assigned them, the movement of health reform will go on without them, and it will be seen that God has removed their candlestick out of its place. Those who refuse to receive and practice the light will be left in the background." A Call to Medical Evangelism and Health Education, p. 45. Sad to say we have become the tail and lost our place as the head, for the world and even the Jews are taking our health message and not a drug-oriented, pharmaceutical message to the world!
     In closing, if nothing more, help support Modern Manna in teaching all nations. We needs funds to put on this year's health crusade and finish the TV studio. I hope to hear from a number of you in the near future. For 25 years we have sacrificed and done everything we can to obey the Great Commission: Health stores, vegan restaurants, cooking classes, health evangelism, healing crusades drawing thousands, health tracts and books, BellaVita Lifestyle Center, TV and Radio Ministry, infomericals, the health website, and the Elijah Prophecy e.newsletter, and now Modern Manna Media. Please help us finish the work and usher in the second coming of our Lord. Will you at least help fund those of us who are on the front lines. I have been praying for a dynamic duo for this year's health crusade. Well, God came through once again with two of the most noted pioneers in the health and wellness arena. And can these two awesome people, well in their 80s, teach us something about health and longevity?
