Dear Danny:
You remember I was diagnosed with stage 3-4 breast cancer and was told by my doctor at Stanford Cancer Center that if I didn't take medical treatment that I could be dead in 6 months to two years. That was almost seven years ago. My sister lived near your health food store and drove by often. She went in and received information about God's plan for health and then passed it on to me. My mom dragged me in and bribed me to go to BellaVita by paying for the 10 days. I went to BellaVita kicking and screaming but left with a life-changing experience.
I wanted to offer you a word of encouragement. I was thinking the other day, as I have so often, that I have been so blessed to have been mentored by you on heath issues. I have become quite the fanatic as now I am almost completely on a raw diet and eat that way almost all the time. More than anything, I love leading people to Christ and helping them come to spiritual, emotional and mental freedom in Him; but I have also been given countless opportunities to share the health message with people.
I receive calls from all over the country asking for help and advice. Just a couple of days ago, a 32 year old woman with early stage breast cancer called from Idaho and after our long conversation decided to go the natural route and believe God for her healing. She emailed me yesterday and said that since she started the raw diet, she feels amazing. Anyway, I wanted to encourage you that what you're doing is SO important. I haven't been to a doctor in 3 years and feel confident that I can take care of my health (of course with complete reliance on Jesus).
What you've taught me is so empowering! I am probably your most die-hard student! I live the lifestyle! So thank you, thank you, thank you for being obedient to the Lord, even when you get tired and discouraged. Know that I am one of the many people who's lives you've touched and your work is being multiplied through the ones I touch. We will only know in eternity all that God has done through his faithful servants.
