Healing Negative Emotions

Greetings!
The July BellaVita 10-day cleanse and regeneration program was another huge success. At this session, we had 10 guests that included an administrator, a psychologist, two registered nurses and two medical doctors.
The administrator came with adult onset diabetes and blood sugar running in the 160 range. I was amazed to see his blood sugar lowered into the 90s in just a few days. I attribute the quick improvement to the live enzymes, the fasting, the exercise, and the live foods that make up the diet for ten days at BellaVita. He also walked four miles a day in the beautiful country setting and sunshine. Doctor sunshine can lower blood sugar levels naturally through sun baths. We limited his juices to green drinks instead of apple and carrot because the green vegetables are low in sugar and rich in antioxidants, phytochemicals and live enzymes. Two guests did especially well after the coldsheet bath. I explain to the  quests that something remarkable usually happens in the coldsheet treatment-- many individuals purge their locked-up negative emotions. The procedure stimulates a positive immune-enhancing response on the body and a purging of negative emotions from the mind. Healing can then take place. Many people are suffering from emotional pain caused by anger, bitterness, and especially unforgiveness.
Let me explain the coldsheet treatment. The patient first takes a very hot bath that is more like a tea bath (see picture above), because the water contains the three hot herbs cayenne, ginger, and mustard powder. The water is a pale reddish color. The person also drinks diaphoretic herb tea made with hyssop and yarrow, thus heating them up further on the inside and causing more perspiration. Once the temperature rises a few degrees and the person is thoroughly heated up, he/she is slowly taken out of the bath and immediately wrapped in a ice-cold sheet that has been soaking in ice and water. This causes a extreme contrast in body temperature and drives the blood deeper into the body away from the skin. Next, the person is wrapped in three blankets and placed on a bed for one to three hours and sweats profusely. The luekotaxis, in this case an artificial fever, increases white blood cells that destroy pathogens and bacteria.
The patient is kept hydrated and their temperature is monitored. Most often they relax and find this second part of the coldsheet procedure very pleasant. I believe, due to the extreme contrasts of temperature during the procedure, a emotional purging is ignited and deep-rooted negative emotions find a way of escape that is so important to healing the whole person. Nine-tenths of the diseases I see at BellaVita have their origin in the mind and the body is like a barometer with reflecting symptoms. The negative emotions like anger and bitterness can have an effect on the liver and cause liver diseases. People are holding on to a number of negative emotions that can affect specific body organs. Low self esteem and feelings of rejection can harm the pancreas. I once had a cancer patient who had liver and pancreatic cancer. She had been beaten by her mother many times as a child and had not forgiven her mother. On her death bed the mother and daughter forgave one another, but it was too late for the 34-year-old daughter to heal. Her organs were shutting down and she could not eat anything.
You wouldn't believe the stories people share during this part of the coldsheet procedure. I have seen devil possession on several occasions and have dealt with it biblically. Some patients have shared very painful experiences that are buried in their past and do not know yet exist. One woman who was molested by a family member when she was only 5 years old, discovered that she still hated her grandmother who molested her. She did not know she still harbored these feelings until the coldsheet helped her to purge her suppressed and locked-up emotions. She said she loved her grandmother who raised her before the coldsheet took effect.
Some women have been raped at very young ages and even tortured. One woman, as a child, was anally raped by her father and them placed in a hole for days. Sometimes her father would lock her in a tool cabinet for what seemed like days. Her mother knew what the father was doing but was afraid to confront the father. No wonder the poor woman couldn't eliminate for nine days. We used a Colema board and massage to finally break the dam of feces. She was like a new person once her bowels released. A literal application to "anal retention."
Another woman was raped by her father and then nearly drowned by her embarrassed mother at the young age of 10. She got so emotional in the bath that she grabbed me and pulled me into the water as she moaned and groaned with painful emotions. Imagine holding all that inside since you were 10 years old. Just getting into the bath had to be a painful experience. It is very sad to hear the stories of the abuse of children and how humans can be so cruel to one another. It certainly is a sin-sick world. Remember, repressed emotions will find physical expression if not vented.
It is also amazing how the Holy Spirit directs in the treatment and impresses me to ask certain questions that help the person to open up and purge their pain. I am not a psychologist, but I find there issue is usually tied to a negative relationship with their father or mother or someone else who raised them. Many times I do not have to ask any more questions. Mothers and fathers reading this article, please love your children and talk to them with kindness and love. It pains me when I see parents treating their children with no respect, as if they have no rights at all. Remember Christ said in Matthew 25:40: "Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."
Many of the diseases start in the mind and the emotions must be purged for the body to heal. Sadly, some individuals get away with criminal behavior. Regardless, I lead the person to understand divine forgiveness which is available through God's help. We must forgive or God cannot forgive us. Besides, the one who does not forgive is the one who suffers. Unforgiveness is like a cancer that will continually eat at you until you get ill or even die. The best remedy is to forgive and release the person who hurt you. Jesus said: "Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you." Matthew 5:44. Christ must forgive their sin, but you can release them from the emotional pain and consequences they have caused you by their actions. I often hear guests say that the coldsheet treatment is the best thing at BellaVIta and everyone needs to experience one. Personally, I have witnessed many miracles in the coldsheet room and know the Holy Spirit is in that place.
The two medical doctors who came to BellaVita did not tell me they were physicians. They thought I might hold back and alter my teaching if I knew they were doctors. I finally figured it out and learned the man was a retired surgeon and his wife a retired anesthesiologist. The husband had a colectomy seventeen years ago and was suffering from ascites and edema. He decided to quit all his medications before the session started, and by day six at BellaVita, the 70-year-old doctor was walking four miles a day. He felt much better and lost 9.5 pounds of fluid during the ten days.
