Dear Friends:
This week, I want to share more information on autointoxication or self-poisoning.
Remember, last issue I spoke about the need for cleansing our bodies of toxins, because according to the FDA an American male can be carrying 5 - 22 lbs. of fecal matter in his colon on a given day.
Autointoxication is the process whereby the body literally poisons itself by maintaining a cesspool of decaying matter in the colon. This inner cesspool can contain high concentrations of harmful bacteria. The toxins released by the decay can get into the bloodstream and travel to all parts of the body. Every cell in the body can be effected and many forms of disease can result.
This decay is another form of constipation. In fact many people think constipation is only when you cannot evacuate the colon, but another form is when decaying matter is "glued" to the walls of the colon or stuck in pockets in the colon called diverticulosis.
As I said last week: We are a nation of constipation, stagnation, putrefaction, fermentation, and autointoxication. That is why the late Dr. John Harvey Kellogg said: "90% of the diseases of civilization are due to improper function of the colon."
Our own fecal matter starts to slowly poison us as it rots inside of our intestines. It leads to degeneration of the bowel and may cause hemorroids, inflammation, polyps, fissures, ulcers, diverticulosis, cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's disease, and varicose veins.
Other symptoms that may develop indicating that you need a cleanse are the following: bad breath, body odor, smelly feet, headache and backache, brain fog, gas, bloating, fatigue, excessive weight gain, dry or hard stools, foul-smelling stools, digestive problems, poor appetite, allergy and sinus problems, swelling in the legs, poor complexion, worry and anxiety. and more.
The Journal of American Academy of Dermatology reported in 1986 that "Autointoxication has been blamed for a long list of health problems, including depression and serious skin problems." No wonder natural healers the world over say "Death begins in the colon!"
If the colon is not evacuated twice a day or more, parasites can breed and cause further symptoms, many of which are the same as the ones previously mentioned above. Other symptoms of parasite infestation are the following: Pain in joints and muscles, can't gain weight, itchy ears, nose, anus, eating more than normal, sugar cravings, nutrient deficiencies and anemia, teeth grinding, and weakened immune function.
Remember, proteins putrefy and rot, carbohydrates ferment, and oils and fats turn rancid. The body becomes poisoned from its own waste.
If these poisons are not constantly excreted will die. When our bodies are overwhelmed by toxic substances beyond its ability to eliminate them through the channels of elimination, the body institutes emergency action to expel the toxin burden. This crisis is called sickness or disease.
"The impurities of the body, if not allowed to escape, are taken back into the blood and forced upon the internal organs. Nature makes an effort to free the system, and the effort produces fever and what is termed disease." Healthful Living, p. 228.
My advice is to eat plenty of high fiber foods such as you get in a vegetarian diet. Animal foods contain zero fiber and are a major cause of constipation. Beans are high in protein, low in fat, and high in fiber. They are excellent food.
In addition to this diet, take psyllium husks if you suffer from constipation and drinks lots of water. i mix two tablespoons of psyllium husks, not powder, in a large glass of water and drink every night. This assures that enough fiber is in the diet and the colon has the needed bulk to sweep out the feces and impurities. And you do not have to spend the money on Metamucil. Get a bag at a health food store in bulk so you do not have to pay for the packaging. We sell a large bag for less than $6.00. Don't let fancy packaging empty your wallet. Shop and buy smart so you can empty your colon instead.

3ABN Cancels Adventures in Health
I am getting a number of letters asking why my new series Adventures in Health was cancelled after only four showings on 3ABN. Here are three letters for you to read.
To the Program Director of 3ABN:
First of all, I want to thank you for your excellent and very informative programs. I wanted to express my disappointment over the cancellation of Danny Vierra's Adventures in Health series. When the new series on health came out I bought a set and just finished watching it. It is excellent and I learned a lot. I have bought health DVDs from Mr. Vierra in the past, and get his newsletters from Modern Manna. One of them mentioned you had started, then cancelled, his new series over some issues such as colon cleansing, and his use of writers who you believe use new age-type therapies, etc.
I am curious why 3ABN cancelled Adventures in Health? I enjoyed Danny Vierra's previous health series, Lifestyle for Excellent Health. I called White Horse Media and asked if Danny's new series was something I should avoid, since they had originally produced it. I talked with the co-host Junie Lawson who felt the series was fine and very helpful.
I really wish you could have seen the rest of that series - especially the three shows on attitudes affecting health. I really think you missed a great opportunity by canceling this series. I love how you show Pastor Bohr and other men who strongly believe our message and are trying to keep our church on the right path. Even the Hope Channel doesn't show much of Pastor Bohr, and I really believe strongly that God is using him to help the church at this crucial time. We need preachers like that to keep us from going charismatic and ecumenical. I have been to SDA churches recently where there was MTV-style dancing right on the platform for song service, and silly joking, laughing and irreverence. This is spreading more and more.
We need to get back to our roots, both in beliefs and in health. What puzzles me is that in his newsletter, Danny shared some of the reasons 3ABN rejected the series, one of which was colon cleansing. One of your medical professionals disagreed with him, but is Danny lying about what he finds? He seems to be sure about what comes out of people when they cleanse, and some of it may be gross. But if it happens, and people feel better, isn't that something we should know about?
Danny says he helps many people with colon problems. Instead of pulling his series, could you not have put a disclaimer on that one show, as you do on other health series so viewers can come to their own conclusions? What I am saying is that there is so much good in this series Adventures in Health that you don't see too often. It is a shame the show was cancelled over something seemingly minor as to what comes out of the colon. Besides many doctors prescribe fibers, etc for colon cleansing.
The other reason given for the dropping of the show was that Danny uses authors who also believe in iridology and other new age style treatments. Dr. Schulze may, but Danny clearly says in the series that he does not believe in everything these doctors say or the modalities they may use, and Danny does not believe in iridology. He feels these men have good research in certain areas, and that is what Danny uses.
Is there something else wrong with Danny's series other than this? I know he has been outspoken in the past on some things, was that the reason you will not promote him? Is he someone we need to be careful of? I think someone spoke to 3ABN when they saw Danny, and said he was someone who disturbed the peace.
Danny is doing his best to speak what he sees as true and helpful, and he loves God's church. I think it could really encourage him to have support from 3ABN. He has a good message overall, and shares things that I have not heard before. He looks very healthy and enthusiastic, and there is much we can learn from his teachings. I really feel that unless there is some major thing that is wrong with him, then it would be very helpful to have his series put back on 3ABN.
After all, he is also on National TV with his infomercial the Almighty Cleanse, so he is not a quack. I have seen his infomercial several times, so there must be great interest in colon cleansing. And please, it would be nice to see the same mercy God has shown to ABN in upholding you through all the rumors be given to Mr Vierra. I have found his new series to be very well done, and I hope you will at least watch the whole series to completion. I think it could really help a lot of people.

Hello Brother Danny,
I've just completed reading volume 3 of the Elijah Prophecy. I liked it. I strongly agree with you that drugs are not the best for humans. Did they really cancel you on 3ABN for talking about colon cleansing? That is very sad. I thought they supported Natural Remedies. I remember seeing you on a program that I think came on with White Horse Media, and I was so happy to see you on 3ABN. I haven't seen you on there since, and I was wondering why. Do you have any Videos or Audio Recordings that you would like to share, so that I could stream them from my website? I think we need more avenues for God's Truth to be shared. Please pray for me as well. I had started studying about health and even preached about health at my church and shortly after I was severely hit down by Satan. I think I'm recovering slowly. Please pray for me that God will teach me all I need to know and make me fully healthy so that I can do his work. Thanks a lot.

On another note, people are calling about the summer youth camp on health to be held on my property. You may have read the last Elijah Prophecy where I shared my desire to train the youth in the medical missionary work. After attending GYC, I came back to Lodi and felt impressed to hold a special Summer Youth Health Camp on my property. I tentively plan to have the camp in July, 2009. For more information see below.
I believe that very little is being done to teach our young people the health message. The reason so many of them eat so poorly is because most of our churches are SILENT on health reform. The ministers and church leaders are teaching very little on this subject, because they are backslidden themselves!
