Green Drinks Goes Midcoast
This month, Rockland will become the fourth place in Maine to host monthly Green Drinks events, joining the list with Portland, Bangor, and Mount Desert Island. Their inaugural event will be Thursday, June 21st from 5:00-7:00pm at Amalfi on the Water, with collaboration from Rockland Main Street, Inc.'s "Green Downtowns!" initiative, and the City of Rockland. 3rd Annual Gourmet Garden Crawl
Rippling Waters Organic Farm in Standish will host its 3rd Annual Gourmet Garden Crawl on Sunday, June 10th from 1:00-6:00pm. This fundraiser will benefit budding student gardeners and supports efforts to teach kids how to grow food for their school cafeteria. Enjoy school garden tours, dinner, live music, and drinks.
