Peirano Estates
Wine Tasting This Friday at
The Sherborn Out
In the late 1800's, Giacomo Peirano was one of the first people to plant grape vines in the Lodi region of California. Since then, the Peirano family has been tending to those vines and supplying grapes to many wineries in the region. In 1992, Lance Randolph, the fourth generation of Peirano to farm the 300 acre estate, began making Peirano wine to prove Lodi could produce excellent wines. After considerable praise for his ability to make elegant wines, he decided to start bottling and selling Peirano wine using his estate grown grapes. Since then, Peirano has won numerous awards for producing top of the line wine using many of the old techniques valued by Giacomo Peirano. This Friday join The Sherborn Out & Roger Warner of Baystate Wine Co. to taste 5 of our favorite Peirano wines.
