We will have three wines from Il Cuore Winery from Mendocino County, California open for you on Friday. Il Cuore translates to "The Heart" from Italian, the language of romance. The name is also the title of the original watercolor by Dan Rizzie featured on the label.
Il Cuore Chardonnay
Il Cuore Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown exclusively in the cool coastal region of Mendocino County. This Chardonnay is fresh with apple and pear flavors, complemented by floral nuances in the bouquet.

Il Cuore Rosso Classico
Rosso Classico is a unique blend of Syrah, Zinfandel, Carignane, and Sangiovese varieties. This blend is a medium bodied yet expressive wine, modest oak gives the wine supple tannins and rich fruit flavors on the palate. Rosso Classico creates a rich expression of berries, plums and ripe cherries.

Il Cuore Barbera
Barbera is the robust red grape of the fabled Piedmont region of northern Italy. It is known as a rich, dry red wine it has been consumed at Italian tables throughout this region on an everyday basis. Il Cuore's Barbera has bright ripe raspberry aromas and rich cane fruit flavors offer attractive complexity. The wine has dark garnet color with mouth-filling smooth ripe fruit flavors.
