This one-hour workshop will examine providing direct feedback, information and suggestions to criminal justice system staff in order to improve the system. We'll answer questions such as:
- Should you call or write a judge?
- How do you tactfully tell a prosecutor when you think they could have handled something differently?
- What do you do when a clerk as been rude to a victim?
Judge Daly will provide her perspective on receiving feedback, offer ideas for approaching judges, and answer your questions.
