We're giving you a combined effort of Wine, Beer & Table Talk this week again because, well, there isn't enough time in this week!

Last week I noted we were in Vancouver.  After that we went on to Bellingham, Washington for a great conference on local, sustainable efforts that we will continue to work on practicing!

We also were given the opportunity to dine at our namesake restaurant in Seattle!  Yes, the restaurant really is called Art of the Table (only theirs is www.artofthetable.net - check it out!)

We had a 5 course artful meal complete with wine pairings and I'll never forget it, Chef Dustin, who is also the owner, wow-ed 24 of us with a stunning dinner - if you would like a glimpse of how lovely it was, I'll have it up on the blog soon! And if you're ever in Seattle, book your reservation early to dine!
