Yes, dear, it's almost Valentines' Day

and that can mean so many things.

We hope that it means we remember

kindness and love

to and from someone else,

no matter if it's your mom, your dog or your best friend.

Treat yourself to good!

heart

If that means you need a

greeting card, we have those!

Chocolate?  Oh yes, plenty.

Having a party?  We've got plates & napkins.

Baking?   There are cookie cutters and decorating sugars.

Wine - white, bubbly, red, chocolate port?

  You choose, it's here.

Ideas for Valentines' Day!

It was just New Year's Eve it seems but

Valentine's Day is next Monday!

IDEA #1:

Utilize your Wealthy Street friends with a Wealthy Street gift package!  Long lasting fresh flowers from Wealthy at Charles, a great bottle of something from Art of the Table and maybe some poetry readings are in order from Literary Life Bookstore's shelves of literature!  Top that off with some chocolate from us or a cake from the Wealthy Street Bakery.  Don't you love the one street stop and shop!?

IDEA#2:

Unique, beautiful & exquisite handmade chocolates from Patricia's Chocolates.  Locally made in Grand Haven, Michigan by Patty, we have the chocolates well stocked every day.patricia's logo

Best thing is that she will be in the store

this Saturday from 10:30 - 6,

you can sample her flavors and she'll make up a custom box for you!  And we will tie it up with ribbons and send you on your way! (with a bottle of wine? or bubbles? or maybe a candle to light the way!)

IDEA#3

Put together a smattering of cool things in a basket, from peanut butter filled chocolate hearts to "love" ornaments and bubbles and flower petal candle holders.  Maybe tea and an infuser pot is more up one's alley.  Or a simple meal you will make using our pastas & sauces and cheese.  Make up an experience that can't be duplicated year after year.  A heart shaped box of chocolates and flowers?  That has been done before.  Try something new!

...we have great Valentines Day cards too...

See you soon!
