It's Fall! What's going on?
Yes, fall has officially begun.
Back to the calendar!

I can attest that the trees have really started changing because I just did a little relaxing up north for a few days and when I drove back down, there were vibrant colors all around me!

In honor of a new season,
we've got a few new items we'll tell you about & compiled a list of events that we are hosting - or things we hope you don't miss!  We're continually adding events to our calendar,
so keep watching for more postings!
We hope that you can join us for one, many or all of these!
Butternut Squash Seed Oil
butternut squash oil
As with fall every year, there's an onslaught of pumpkin flavored items.  This year we've got something completely new!

We're pretty jazzed about Butternut Squash Seed Oil.  This oil is cold pressed, meaning it's not heated and treated.  It's quite literally the natural pressing of a butternut squash seed enhanced with a little oil to encourage it along - and voila! - This past weekend we tried it on sea bass & roasted root vegetables.  Everything got drizzled in this oil and everyone got giddy about it!

I can't wait to try it in a soup or drizzled over avocado or other veggies like asparagus!  YUM!

Butter? From a Goat?
Brand new to the store and those who sampled it last weekend almost bought us out!  Yes, we're talking goat milk butter! You should see it - it's almost pure white!
goat butter
This is because it is entirely natural with just a pinch of sea salt. Extremely smooth, this is ideal as a finishing butter melted over fresh asparagus and other delectables or even great on toast at breakfast.  For those lactose intolerant, generally goat milk products are a better bet.  Yes, it has 100 calories in a serving and 11 fat grams, but guess what?  It's naturally healthy ~  twice as rich in Vitamin A and triglycerides than cow butter!  Try some, you won't be sorry!
We're giving away Heritage Hill Home Tour tickets this week - come by and enter to win one of 3 pairs of tickets!  Drawing next Monday the 27th!
