Dulcet Cuisine

Dulcet Cuisine's line of products receive rave reviews here at Art of the Table. And this week we're taking the whole week
(you still have three days to check it out!)
to celebrate Dulcet and all that it is!
Saturday we're making up Potato Pancakes with Dulcet Curry Ketchup!

We've got sample concoctions already made up for you here,
examples of about 4 recipes that we love to have in our back pocket for quick dinners and picnics and appetizers.

One of the all-time favorites is the Asian Curry Chicken Salad.
It is as slick as this:

1lb cooked chicken (we even used a rotisserie chicken!)
1cup diced celery
1/2cup diced sweet onion
1/2 diced apple
1/4cup peanuts, chopped
1/4cup mayo
1/2cup Dulcet Mild Indian Curry Sauce
Toasted coconut (optional)

Combine all ingredients and serve as a salad or sandwich.
We're serving them on our little mini toasts, great for party finger food!
The Goats are Dancing!

All the cheese from the dancing goat creamery keeps flying in our door at a great rate!  Barbara and the "kids" are all working around the clock to bring you deliciously fresh, local goat cheese!

Barbara and the goats will continue to bring fresh cheese every 2-3 days through october. We're so glad it's "the season"!

(Oh and if you haven't tried it, the

Next week is Earth Week!  Keep your eyes peeled for our green e-mail on Monday!
