New Holland has gone crazy!

New Holland Brewery I definitely consider local and I think we're all proud that they have chosen to reside in our fine side of Michigan.
I remember back in the day when they made like 4 or 5 beers, but today...they're a brewery and distillery and they just keep cranking out new things.
We have recently added their spirits - we've got vodka (regular & citrus),
gin, and three kinds of rum from them

of course some of their regular lineup

Envious, from the Cellar Series. 22oz bottle. $13.75
This is made up of ale brewed with pear juice & raspberries and is aged on oak. I tried it last weekend and we enjoyed it, it wasn't too "too" - as i would say it. We could definitely taste the oak and the fruit but nothing was overpowering.
el Mole Ocho, from the The High Gravity Series. 22oz bottle. $7.95
Malty and rich, it displays a "cocoa-laden body laced with an invigorating tinge of dried chilies and coffee."
