 This Thursday there's an amazing opportunity for you to get in on a once in a lifetime tasting experience!
Yes, you can taste olive oil any day, but can you taste it with an expert in the field and grove? On this night you can.
Prior to the olive oil tasting, there will be an opportunity to mingle and sip on fun wines that will also later pair with your Italian tasting menu.
More on that Italian tasting menu? I had the privilege of meeting Chef Maria Christina of Ristorante le Torri in Piemonte, Italy last week. We reviewed the food (as I'm also pairing the wines!) that she will be cooking & serving for you. The way she spoke of it, my mouth wouldn't stop watering! I believe that there are 9 stellar small plates she will be preparing. I personally cannot wait!
And if that was not enough, the whole event is a benefit for Alternatives in Motion, a non-profit that procures, fixes and sells or gives away wheelchairs to those who can't afford new ones. I found out last week that they're superstars in their industry!
