It's cold outside so warm your insides! - Winter makes me think of Indian foods and what better than to be able to whip up a quick batch of authentic Butter Chicken? or Keema?
Using a homemade blend of dry roasted, fresh ground garam masala from her husband's Indian roots, Kristin's easy to use starter packs are certified organic and made in small batches by Kristin herself!
Tonight's dinner at my house will be inspired by these spices and blended with a little chicken and potato and whatever veggies I have. Cook up a batch of rice, start this to simmer and within 20 minutes you'll have a great dinner.
Oh, and don't forget the wine. I'm going to have the Lambert "Pristine Chardonnay". Not your mother's buttery oaky Chard...this is pristine - with slight weight and a crisp cleanness - and newly arrived from South Australia!
