The sweetest day of the year is upon us; are you ready? If not, this issue of party possibilities features a Love Bug Bash ... a children's Valentine's Day party that I produced last year.  It was so much fun (if I do say so myself)!  

 

Need more inspiration? Below are more lovely party ideas from my blog, posh in a pinch.  I especially like the Twinkie dessert.  Give it a look; it's guaranteed to make you smile!

 

Last month, I suggested that I would feature a Red Carpet Awards party.  I changed my plans but only because Pizzazzerie published this fabulous Red Carpet Party Planner.  I think this talented event team deserves an award!

Love Bug Bash
 
Children are naturally little love bugs - full of cuddles and giggles.  Celebrate their love with a Love Bug Valentine's Day party. Below are a few ideas to inspire you - plus a Love Bug Party Planner at the end for easier planning.


 

Love Bug Bash 1

 
 This party was inspired by a Valentine's Day rubber stamp collection featuring bugs like the lady bug and bumble bee shown in the invitation above.

Love Bug Bash activities

  Activities included decorating strawberry milk bottles into Love Bugs (top row), making Cootie Catchers (middle row) and playing Love Bug Bingo (bottom row). 

I custom designed the bingo cards.  We used M&Ms as markers.  Yum!

There were many sweet treats like cake pops and heart shaped brownies.
