This month's issue of party possibilities features a Cookie Swap ... with a Twist holiday party, a clever concept for gathering friends for the holidays ... without baking at 350!  I'm talking about holiday cookie cocktails ... like gingersnaps, chocolate chip or peppermint cookies ... served in a martini glass! I know, it's a fabulous party concept ... but I can't take credit for it.  My friend, Stacy McGuigan of Everyday Celebrations, shared some recipes last week for her upcoming Cookie Cocktails party and I was excited about the party possibilities, which I explore in the article below!

So get out of the kitchen and scoot over to the bar!  Let's shake up the holiday season ...

As always, thank you for reading my e-newsletter, as well as forwarding it to friends, emailing comments and referring business; it's greatly appreciated!  Happy holidays!

Decor

I love the Mod Candy Cane printables collection (shown above) from The Celebration Shoppe.  The design is sophisticated yet fun!

Hors d'oeuvres

Offer a variety of savory passed hors d'oeuvres to balance the taste of the sweet drinks!

Goodie Bags

Send guests home with a sample of your favorite cookies ...and a cookie cocktail recipe, too!

The party possibilities are endless but hopefully, I've inspired a fun celebration!  And if you need further ideas or assistance in party planning, please contact me ~ your partner in professional party planning!
