Happy New Year!  Happy 2010!  I hope everyone had an eventful start to the new year.
 
This year is a big birthday for me!  In June, I will become 40 and Fabulous ... or is it Fantastic at 40?  As long as it's not 'Over the Hill' <smile>.  Fortunately, I don't have to celebrate alone; my husband turns 40 seven days later so it will be one big party! 
 
In honor of big birthdays, this year's issues of party possibilities will explore unique party themes and design ideas for milestone birthday celebrations.  From First Birthdays and Sweet Sixteens to 40, 50 and 60th birthdays, I will share party planning ideas for invitations, food and drinks, entertainment, decor and more!

Looking for a new twist on a "decades" themed-party?  Then "create a stir' a la Mad Men, AMC's award-winning series set in 1963 and nominated for 3 Golden Globes this month.  It's an ideal theme for a sophisticated soiree!
