Thanksgiving is one of our favorite times of the year. The colors, the warmth of the house and the purposeful gathering of friends and family for fellowship. We hope you and yours have a Blessed Thanksgiving this year.
When the Turkey has settled and the spark of the gift-giving season ignites, then we would like you to remember April 1930's because we have a little something to give you as well .... It is a Merry Christmas Trinket Box created as something you can download for FREE, print and create for those small but needful things all sewists require. In this day of make-and-do, you can still make your little gifts special to receive. Or use the trinket boxes as place-holders to hold a sampling of some old-fashioned homemade peppermint bark!
Whatever you decide to use them for, we hope you will enjoy!

Just a scene we photographed on our drive to town one day...
As we enter into the Holiday season, we cannot help but remind ourselves of the things to which we are truly grateful for. Like my Grandma always said with a song, "Count your Blessings, name them one-by-one . . ." I have often needed to sing that tune and the rest of the melody in my mind because there are so many circumstances that make me realize how truly blessed I am. We are indeed thankful.
