If you truly want to achieve your personal or professional dreams and goals, you must reprogram your negative habits of thought into positive ones. You must choose to get out of your complacent comfort zone. This is where you begin reprogramming your brain at the conscious level. At first, this is not easy. It takes about three weeks to three months to change a habit. Also, it takes about 20 minutes for a craving to go away. Everything gets easier with practice. Stay strong and zap the habit!
