Since 1946 this real Estate firm has been serving our local community in , they sold me my house back in 1999 and they continue to be one of the foremost businesses of thier industry in a very crowded market place. They became our client in 2003 when we helped them develop their first website, as the years rolled by there were constant changes to the website, new houses came up for sale, others were to be marked as sold ll others marked in contract, new pictures came in, descriptions changed, all this on a weekly basis. In July 2006 I looked back at all the money that they had paid us for the constant changes to the website, even though we only billed in 15 minute increments the payments added up rapidly and I am sure there were times when changes needed to be made but they were not requested due to the expense involved.
That Summer we developed our Content Managment System, a back end administration area where anyone with little computer experience could add/delete/edit properties for sale on their web site, more than that they could edit nearly every page of the site so when the agents and staff changed , their pictures and information could also be changed immediatley by someone in their office!
