Greetings from Portland! We just completed our first Vegan Fusion Holiday Feast Workshop here in the City of Roses. A wonderful time was had by all! There is still space available in the upcoming Holiday Feast Workshops in Boulder and Los Angeles for those wishing to create an epic vegan feast this holiday season. Please read on for details.

Check out these newly scheduled workshops and trainings:
  • Weekend Vegan Fusion Cuisine workshop in Discovery Bay California, about 60 miles north of San Francisco, on April 30th and May 1st. Cost is $285/person.
  • 10-day Vegan Fusion Cuisine Intensive in Seattle, WA on May 9th - 13th & 16th - 20th. Please see below for a description and cost for the 10-day training.
  • A newly designed 5-day Vegan Fusion Cuisine Intensive in Portland, OR from Friday May 27th - Tuesday May 31st. This intensive is for those who are wishing for more of an immersion than a weekend workshop provides, but are unable to attend a 10-day intensive. This special event will feature the highlights from the longer training. The first 5-day training will be held here in Portland, at Tabor Space Coffee House. Cost is $900 per person and includes a Vegan Fusion training manual and daily gourmet feasts.

Please join us before the prophetic 2012 in the mystical and magical land of Belize for our very first Vegan Fusion retreat.

Learn how to prepare creative and delectable local vegan cuisine from Blossoming Lotus founding chef Mark Reinfeld in one of the most pristine and exotic destinations on the planet.

Belize lies west of the Caribbean Sea on the Central American isthmus and is home to ancient archeological sites of the Mayan people, pristine beaches, coral reefs, tropical rainforests, exotic birds, wildlife and more.

We will shop together at local markets and then return to our villas to prepare and partake of daily gourmet vegan feasts.
