EDR Group's new report on Wisconsin's Statewide "Focus on Energy" program documents and measures how renewable energy resources and efficiency initatives are expandng Wisconsin's economy and generataing green jobs.  The report examines implications of solar, wind and photovoltaic projects as well as residential and business programs.
Public Transit and Economic Impacts

EDR Group completed a new report for the American Public Transportation Association that shows the jobs and income impacts of investment in puiblic transportation .  Methods for measuring or estimating both spending impacts and long-term productivity impacts are discussed, and the magnitude of both are calculated.
Economic Benefits & Costs of Airport Projects

It can be complicated to calculate the full benefits of aviation investments because ground access modes are also affected by them.  In a new report, EDR Group assessed the current state-of-practice of benefit-cost studies for airport improvements, and compared aviation BCA guidance with counterpart guidance for other travel modes.
Economic Impact of Highways

What is the real world experience with economic impacts of highway projects?  Until now, the answer has only been available as anecdotal cases.  Now there is a web database that shows before-and-after economic impact information for projects around the US. EDR Group led the development of TPICS - Transportation Project Impact Case Studies for the Strategic Highway Research Program.
