TREDIS Used for ARRA Projects and TIGER Applications

Over two hundred ARRA Projects and TIGER grant applications have relied on TREDIS for analysis of their economic impacts, according to our recent survey. The applications were filed by State and local agencies, and spanned ports, railroads, highways, and public transportation facilities. <Read More> 

New TREDIS Users in Four States 

We are also happy to welcome new TREDIS clients from Texas, Florida, Vermont, and Oregon. TREDIS is now used in more states and provinces than any other transportation economic impact tool or model. <See updated list of TREDIS users>

New Tax Impact Module   

The TREDIS Innovation Group is getting ready to roll out a new Tax Impact module, which is the first phase in a far-reaching effort to develop new approaches for economic impact assessment of public/private tax and fee financing options for transportation. See the new reports now. <Read More>

New TREDIS Case Study: Commuter Rail   

Now added to the web site -- case study of TREDIS use for South Coast Commuter Rail line in Massachusetts. The study is notable for its use of TREDIS to examine multimodal rail and highway interactions, and effects on labor markets and industry mix in an economically depressed part of the state. <Read More>

In response to interest, the TREDIS Team is now offering expanded group webcasts in addition to the continued offering of individual demonstrations.
