Fixed Factors
TREDIS is now providing default values and recommended ranges for all fixed factors, from the value of time and operating cost to occupancy and emissions rates. While users are still able and encouraged to put in their own locally-appropriate assumptions, the defaults enable new users to get quicker TREDIS results with a reduced likelihood of incomplete or erroneous assumptions. This is part of an ongoing research effort by the TREDIS team to improve the state of practice, through consultations with experts across the US. |
Case Studies
Recent applications of TREDIS for consultant studies include the Pennsylvania I-80 Toll Feasibility Study (by WSA), I-95 Corridor Study (by CS), Fort Worth Infrastructure Improvement Study (by WFS) and Chicago Rail Line Acquisition (by EDRG). <MORE ON TREDIS CASE STUDIES> |
