Got one of those customers who will not spend money to restore their wood floor? Does your grandma want to restore the petina on that antique hutch?
Designed to provide heavy-duty protection and a high gloss finish for all wood and some composition and stone surfaces, this smooth paste-type finish is formulated from select #1 carnauba and synthetic waxes suspended in a hydrocarbon solvent-based system. Easily applied with a low-speed buffing machine and steel wool or buffing pad, this one-step application dissolves and suspends black heel marks, oily deposits, and soil, leaving behind a wax finish which can be buffed to a lustrous shine. Used in a routine maintenance program Permakote forms a tough film which will prevent damage to expensive wood surfaces from scratching, dirt penetration, and soil or water stains. Permakote also effectively protects cork, linoleum, terrazzo, marble and ceramic tile surfaces. Permakote is available in three colors; clear, light oak, or dark brown, to allow varying degrees of grain enhancement when used on wood surfaces. Permakote is also effective in coating and protecting metal and fiberglass surfaces, and can be used as a release agent in molding or casting applications |

Coast-to-Coast offers the performance advantages of rapid build, reasonable dry time, superior durability and high gloss that are found in Perma's traditional polyurethane gym finishes, in a low VOC formulation. Coast-to-Coast is formulated for use on all interior residential, institutional and commercial wood floors. Coast-to-Coast's full body provides rapid film build that dries under normal conditions in approximately 6-8 hours to a hard, glossy finish that provides excellent resistance to abrasion, wearing, and chemicals. Want a deep rich gloss, don't mind the odor, and the longer extended dry times (8-24 hours), Coast-to-Coast is the solution. Generally less expensive than water-based urethane, Coast-to-Coast is a winner.
We also manufacture Center Court, (high-gloss) Heritage, (semi-gloss) and Tradition, (satin), all 450 VOC g/l, available for sale 12 quarts/case in all 350 VOC g/l states.

Hydrothane HT, Single Part, High Durability,

Hydrothane HT provides outstanding durability and gloss in an easy-to-apply, low-odor, low VOC finish. Hydrothane HT is formulated for use on gymnasium and other high traffic areas like restaurants, retail stores, shopping malls, and office buildings. Hydrothane HT's single-part formulation provides comparible durability of many two-part, crosslinked finishes. Hydrothane HT's low-odor formulation is a pleasure to work with, levels well, builds quickly and dries in approximately one to two hours. Hydrothane HT is non-flammable, and utilizes green chemistry and has a low VOC content of 150 grams/liter.

Syncoat is a penetrating conditioner for rubber and a wide variety of other types of surfaces. Syncoat is a water-based urethane & synthetic polymer blend that was originally developed as a protective coating for rubber rafts for the U.S. Coast Guard. Since the advent of synthetic rubber sports floors and rubber studded stair treads, it has
an excellent reputation as a great replacement product for Wee Wax. Syncoat meets all OSHA requirements for slip resistance as a coating for flooring surfaces. Syncoat provides an exceptional high gloss finish which is easy to maintain and repels dirt while protecting the surface from soiling & abrasion. Syncoat never has to be stripped off usually just scrubbed with an all-purpose cleaner and recoated. Syncoat wil never show wear patterns & durability will last anywhere from 6-12 month depending on maintenance and floor traffic. Syncoat is also an excellent product for Marmoleum and some of the new laminate & pre-finished floors (should be tested first ) dash boards, vinyl seats, fiberglass boats , gym floor & wall mats , vinyl baseboards and a variety of other surfaces.
