BOGO Book Fair
ONE DAY ONLY - Wed., May 2
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Because we now use the scanning cash register from Scholastic, each sale must be rung in as the price of a book and then the second book at the same or lower price will show at no cost. Please help your students understand this. Students are encouraged to work together if they making a purchase of an odd number of books. Cashiers and teachers will help students with this pricing system.
This BOGO Book Fair is a thank you for your support this year.
We also need volunteers! Please fill out the form at the bottom of this newsletter and return it to the office! Thank you for your help and support!

Collecting Pop Tabs for Ronald McDonald House
I want to let everyone know that, YES, we still collect pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House.
For parents who are not familiar with this program, pop tabs are recycled to earn money for the Ronald McDonald House to cover the cost of food for families while staying at these homes located in Northwest Ohio. Last year St. Pius School brought in over 72 lbs. of pop tabs. They did a fantastic job. Let's say we try for 80 lbs! If you have a large quantity of pop tabs or you know someone who does, please ask nicely if you may collect these tabs for our school.
The last day to collect pop tabs will be Monday, April 30. The classroom with the most pop tabs (by weight) will receive a voucher for a free kids meal per student, 2nd place prize is still in the works (stay posted), and 3rd place prize is usually a frozen snack. Please be sure to drop off bags or containers labeled with child's class.
Any tabs collected without any labels will be given to the classroom with the least pop tabs. Let's go St. Pius!
