ATSU/TSU Visit Days July 24-25
| The 2012 ATSU/TSU Visit Day will be held July 24-25. Intubation, suturing, osteopathic manipulation, medicinal garden, cadavers, newborn simulation assessment, and even an etiquette lunch were all part of last summer's ATSU/TSU Visit Day for high school juniors and seniors interested in medicine and nursing.
In August 2011, forty students from all over the state attended the two-day health exploration workshop hosted by the Universities and AHECs. In addition to school tours, the students engaged with medical, nursing, and health science students via a panel discussion and hands-on activities.
Contact NEMO AHEC for more information. A fee is required of those staying overnight.
