Good morning Friend,

How is your week coming along? Crazy? I hear you!
If I listen to the news, it is negative or off the wall. If I talk to my friends I hear how we all have concerns about something or someone. Everyone agrees that time flies by too fast. Married people wish they were single and the single people wish they were married.. young people wish they were older and older people wish they were younger....
There are a lot of lies set before our eyes, the enemy wants us confused and wanting the things we no longer have. This perspective takes away the beauty of the blessings that we do have. While the world offers us beautiful men and women, God places true love in our life and we miss it... When the world offers us an amazing time in luxurious place God places a family to be with and we do not value them. When the world offers us chaos, God places a bible in our hands to read His word and His promises for us, yet we take it for granted and we do not see it as powerful and we fail to experience the peace only our God can give us. Yet if we read but don't understand that the only way to God is Jesus, then we are missing out on all the blessings.

Acts 2:39-40  For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself." 40 And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying,  

"Save yourselves from this crooked generation."
