Javier informed me that Zharick was not able to take her medical examination last Wednesday. The insurance paperwork were yet not processed in Colombia which delayed the examination. The doctors were well able to see her and are afraid that they will have to do surgery on Zharick. The examination is now scheduled for this coming Monday. There after they will determine when they will do the surgery on her. Will keep you posted. This of course is heavy on the parents too, please keep Zharick and her parents Javier & Leny in your prayers.
I got news from Min, Derek is doing so much better. He saw the doctor and everything looks good, he no longer has to be face down. He still can't see very well and the doctor wants to wait a few months to allow the healing process take effect, then he can use contact lenses to correct the vision. Praise God!
