I did not mention that I wanted to run tomorrow morning July 7th. I am so sorry somehow I did not realize that the date was not in place. hope you can make it so we can catch up!

Let me know if you are in as I need to prepare properly!
Remember bring your towel, change of clothes if you want.
Lets honor God: RSVP and be on time!

 

 Let discipline, perseverance and endurance be part not only of our

 running training but let it reflect on our relationship with God.
