We are closing yet another week, hallelujah!! Praise God for having joy in knowing that He is with us always even in the midst of the valley of death. This weekend as we remember a tragedy that happened 10 years ago, we must not forget that there are still heroes fighting to bring justice for this attack. That there are families that are apart from each other and either the mom or husband, daughter or son are in the armed forces fighting for freedom and justice. Lets not forget that the war is still on and that every day we have heroes not only fighting the actual battle but who are struggling on how to keep their marriages together and how to be a caring father or mother..Pray for those wives who miss their husbands and pray for those husbands who miss their wives. Pray that the generation to come is given a fair opportunity of making a better world. Pray that we become a nation that prays every day not only when terror strikes our soil. Pray that our eyes are opened and that we can truly love one another and be faithful to each other by lifting each other in prayer.
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.
