Coffeeeeee, yes I am that kind of sheep following the routine of having cafe in the morning. I not sure if I like the smell more then I enjoy the coffee or if it is a combination.
Last week Monday, I started a new semester at the seminary. I am taking three classes and of course you will hear about it during the semester. I am taking Human Development; Hermeneutics and Old Testament poetry books:Songs of Solomon, Ecclesiastes and Lamentations. I have lots to read and lots to do. This semester I have a new friend who is also studying for the same degree as I am but at another seminary here in Miami. Her name is Mimi and I thank God for her because she is an encouragement to me with my study. I have my very close friend Annette, who is the pillar of encouragement and accountability. Estefania, who is another great friend at seminary; always ready to help and has always a warm hug for me. Vivian who is at church and makes me feel so special every time we are together. Milly who shares her faith and wisdom with me. Brunella who prays for me always when I sent a request and when I don't. Silvia who is also my prayer worrior. Mirna with whom I share a sisterhood that even when we don't see each other as often as we want, we are connected through Christ in an amazing way, like her I have Urmy & Ruby in the Netherlands; Yurika in Peru. Debbie, Taina, Carrie, Rosa, Natalia, Lisie...all my lady friends...THANK YOU for making me feel special, for believing in me and for opening your hearts and lives for me. Each and everyone of you influence me in big ways you might not know.
The words that we use to communicate to each other are important. We can either speak defeat to each other or speak victory. We make a difference in building someone up or breaking someone down. You all, lady friends and guy friends; you inspire me. I pray that I always build you up ad speak blessings over you.
13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. 14 Do everything in love. 1Corinthians 16:13-14
May the Lord fill our hearts with HOPE, in Jesus name, Amen.
