Today is a Brand New Day

Surprise the World with a Smile!

Thursday August 11th, 2011

Greetings!

Hope you had a good night of rest and that you are ready for this great Brand New Day!
Have you rediscovered those moments in your life where HOPE came in and took over your unbelief and fueled your faith?
I am so grateful I have. It is true that many times we need someone to invest in us but it is also true that we can also bring HOPE to others. Maybe through inviting a friend to church, maybe it is just making time for a friend to hang out with them. Maybe it is through our giving or our way of loving others. Receiving HOPE is always great, God's promises is that he will provide for all our needs. Those provisions we can use them to bless others who do not know God yet, who do not know that God's word brings HOPE, that God's word moves Love into action. Lets plan today how we will bring HOPE to others this week, shoot me an email and share with me what you will do to bring HOPE to others in the near future.

I pray for blessings over your life, in Jesus name, Amen.

HOPE

The third time he said to him, "Simon son of John, do you love me?" Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, "Do you love me?" He said, "Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you."Jesus said, "Feed my sheep. John 21:17

The image above is not of the late Japan tragedy but a previous disaster in China. When we see the people almost 24 hours on tv after the disaster, I am very eager to help and I see how I can donate or create awareness among my friends for prayer. But when the images are gone so is my eagerness to help. It is easy to forget. We surely cannot end the problems around the world but we can make the difference in the life of at least 1 person. For $35 a month you can make a difference in the life of a community anywhere in the world you chose to. The face of these little ones are the faces of the sheep that Jesus entrusted Peter. Peter is you and I, the sheep are still the same: the little ones in need. Mother Teresa of Calcuta used to say, they are Jesus in disguised. They are hungry, thirsty, sick, lonely and waiting to receive HOPE, hope that someone cares for their life. Hope that God's love is expressed through you. I am sponsor of a child and I encourage all of you that if you ever said that you wanted to be active and do more, then this is the chance, start here. Be a cheerful giver, explore the opportunities available , pray about it and go for it! Feed the Sheep
